What is the current status of your ideas for creating a 21st century government laboratory? What can I do to help you? I am at NASA Ames and we are in a very similar situation. I think the government is in the same spot as well. What does a 21st century government look like, and what can we do to get there? I like your 10 suggestions, but i think that we need greater USG involvement, not to mention NASA HQ and our respective lab’s leadership on board to make real progress.
Please give an update for this study and its outcomes, and share your lessons learned on getting adoption of the ideas!
